ConsumerConnection.com was created to help consumers make smart decisions about local businesses by helping people share their experiences and opinions with other consumers.

ConsumerConnection.com is owned, funded, and run by the founder and sole employee, with the help of a few talented contractors.  I decided to start ConsumerConnection.com after once again being frustrated with a contractor who showed up late, did a poor job, left a mess, and was generally rude and unconcerned about what I thought about his work.  And why should he have been concerned?  Other than complaining about the experience to a few friends there was no way to “Tell The World” about the lousy experience.  But my wife and I have also had many experiences with local businesses that did a great job, and we wanted a way to let other people know about our high level of satisfaction with their work.  My goal is to help people by providing a free online forum for consumers to connect with each other to exchange ratings of local businesses and healthcare professionals.
